Since IRES is a Limited Liability Company, our elected leaders are called Managers. Each owner Board/Association of IRES (Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Loveland/Berthoud) must have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4, for a total of 13 Managers. Virtual meetings are conducted using email in addition to regularly scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of each month as needed.

Qualifications for IRES Managers
IRES

Anyone interested in becoming an IRES Manager must be one or more of the following:

  • Owner/Manager
    Owner of company (minimum 25% ownership), President, CEO, COO, EVP or General Manager who has held such position with the same company for a minimum of 6 months.

  • Computer Saavy
    All candidates must be proficient in email programs including receiving, sending and handling attachments (opening, printing, sending).

  • 3 Year Term
    Any candidate for Manager must also be willing to serve a three-year term and attend regularly scheduled meetings.

  • Terms
    Candidates are solicited in September and October each year.
