Election and Term of Office

Elections are held in November.
Ballots are emailed or distributed to designated brokers and votes are tallied proportionally based on the number of MLS subscribers within the broker's office (e.g. a single proprietor has one vote; a broker with 45 agents counts for 45 votes).

Manager Election Terms
Each Manager is elected for a three-year term beginning January 1st immediately following the election.
