Once we receive a signed Subscriber Agreement and initiation fee, we will process your form within 24 business hours and email you a Welcome letter, which will include your User Name and Password. IRES monthly fees are $35 per REALTOR®, $45 per non-REALTOR®, billed quarterly.  With the Subscriber Agreement, please pay the Initiation Fee plus a minimum of 1 month IRES fees, or to get in sync with our billing cycle, IRES reccomends paying for the current calendar quarter in full.

Should you cancel your subscription, please fill out the Cancellation Form and you may reactivate within 6 months of your cancellation without paying the Initiation fee. However, those who reactivate after 6 months will be assessed the Initiation Fee and will also be charged for any outstanding balance.

Please note: The employing broker of an office must be an active subscriber in order for a licensed agent within that office to become a subscriber.
