Internet Data Exchange
Participating broker/owners may download active listings of other participating broker/owners and display them on the broker web site in accordance with IRES rules and policies. You may have heard this program referred to as Broker Reciprocity or Internet Data Exchange (IDX) in other markets.
All downloads are available via RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard). RETS facilitates and standardizes data transfer between partners in the real estate industry.

- Direct access by the broker.
This approach means the broker will be manipulating the data personally and the IDX Registration form is required. The fee is $20 per month per URL.
- Third Party Solutions
Third parties such as web developers, may also qualify to receive the IDX download and are subject to the same I2I/IDX rules and policies. Forms required include the Broker Authorization for Third Party Access and the Database Access License Agreement. Please contact IRES for all of the details, fee structure and forms.
- Opt Out
Broker/owners who choose not to participate in I2I are required to submit the I2I Opt-Out Agreement to IRES. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view/print this PDF document).
