 Our Inventory
"Our Inventory" was designed with the office or company in mind. Similar to "My Inventory", it displays all active listings for the office or company and is dynamically linked to ColoProperty.comŪ. The cost is $10 or $30 per month for the office with no set up fee. Once created, all agents within the office are encouraged to use the same link on their individual websites!
A recent policy change by IRES adds Exclusive Agency listings to ColoProperty.comŪ, Realtor.comŪ and all IDX downloads, effective immediately. Please note that this change will not significantly alter displays or downloads since Exclusive Agency listings represent a small percentage of total listings.
