ColoProperty^® listings on your own website!
IRES offers two ways you can place the ColoProperty^® listings right on your website - all without using an IDX download.

You are welcome to place a link to www.ColoProperty.com on your web site. This gives visitors to your web site access to a searchable database of all IRES active listings. ColoProperty is updated daily, so property information is always current.

Any IRES subscriber in good standing may frame ColoProperty in order to display all active listings on his or her web site. This option is free to all IRES subscribers only. Other parties must receive written permission from IRES, sign a Database License Agreement and pay appropriate fees.

How Does It Work?
When a visitor accesses ColoProperty.com through your framed site they can search all IRES active listings. If they click "I'm Interested" on any listing detail, the inquiry will be emailed to you instead of the listing agent.

How Are Leads Delivered?
In addition to receiving the inquiry via email, the "ColoProperty Courier" service can be activated so that you immediately receive a digitized message on your telephone, letting you know that you have been sent an inquiry. You hear the MLS number and property address, and if submitted by the inquirer, the person’s name, phone number and comments. Calls are made immediately between 8am and 8pm. ColoProperty Courier will call after 8am with any inquiries made overnight.

How Do I Start?
If you are an active IRES subscriber and would like to utilize this ColoProperty framing option on your web site, simply contact us and provide the following information:
