IRESis Forms and Contracts

IRES Contracts is a user-friendly, internet based, Colorado Contracts system. All forms approved by the Colorado Real Estate Commission are accessible.

Some of the special features you will find are:

Office Branding and Clauses (or Personalized Branding & Clauses with Managing Broker approval)
Auto-population of client and IRES listing data

Contracts and Forms Only Users

You may subscribe exclusively to the IRESis Contracts Only. For full access to the IRESis MLS system, please fill out our Subscriber Agreement.

As a reminder, for those who subscribe to the IRES system, there is no need to also subscribe to IRESis Contracts since they are integrated within IRESis.com and are included in your quarterly fees – which includes unlimited use and access.

Contracts Only Pricing

The subscription rate for IRESis Contracts is $60 per licensed agent, per year. A 30 day trial version is available for $10.
